More River Finds!

Doged rain squalls today on the river shore. Turned up some more finds alot of different metal objects need to test some with nitric acid could have silver?But did find things that I Know what they are,two nice arrowheads,some broken pieces of arrowheads,two pieces indian pipes,two more teeth,two old buttons,one of them is a glass button, milk glass I guess, one piece of flint from a flintlock musket,and a copper arm from some kind of figure.Also ran into a grave yard I had not noticed.And two things I could had done with out finding Hisssssssss!

I do not know. My wife likes to take pictures with her camera she got for christmas and had walked up into the woods about 100 yards from where I was metal detecting. She thought the grave stones were interesting and would help date anything I found down by the water. Wether indian or not, I don't know but I doubt it seeing as how I didn't find any indian stuff at this location.

what was the vdi on the snake?

My wife stumbled on the first snake which was a black snake or indigo snake. It is not poisonous which did not matter to her. The second snake I saw and is a water snake which is also non poisonous and still did not matter to her. Spring has sprung in eastern NC.

Yea Mike,two different places on the river today! Big river lots of places!Although if they keep putting $1,000,000 homes and bulk heads in, it will take care of that!
