I went back to the first house on the block that I have checked at least three times, I decided to use Park 2 again as it found me the
Indian Head penny yesterday.

There is a small hill in the front yard, its maybe 20 feet wide and about 50 feet long, I made a couple passes and all of a sudden got
a real goofy reading, it was jumping around from 16-33 and I was having trouble narrowing it down.

After swinging a bit I finally heard one tiny little high tone and dug the hole, nothing, swept it again and found out I was 6 inches off
to the left, duh! Dug another hole and when I flopped the plug over out comes a Franklyn half dollar!

I don`t know, but I`m guessing that Franklyn was sitting vertical and that was the reason for the reading jumping around so much.

I`m still trying to figure out the Equinox but it sure is fun when it works out with a cool find.:laughing7:

Please let me know if I`m posting too often, I`m new at this and just want to show my neater finds.

Nice!!! Congrats!!! Bucket Lister for Me.

Awesome find. It's always fun finding silver coins, but finding a whopper like that doesn't happen often.

Nice half dollar!

Show us all your silver. That is awesome. Don't see halves like that every day. Thanks for contributing!
