More silver!!

I've been hunting this old yard for about 3 months now. I've dug 7 silver dimes, 1 silver quarter, 6 bullets, 2 pocket knives, a gold ring, and all kinds of cool stuff. I hadn't got a silver coin in about a month and thought I had dug them all. Went over there today and found these two silver dimes and a wheat cent in the first 45 minutes. I also found this other artifact that I have no idea what it is. Your thoughts on what it might be are greatly appreciated.
