Went to the local lake, because of a draw down, the levels were the lowest in 3 years. Found 2 gold rings, 3 silver rings and 2 junk rings, and some clad. Moved a couple hundred yards inland and found 2 old buttons and my 3rd intact crotal bell in an area that produced 2 seated halves. Fall has been good to me. Hope to get out a few more times before the snow flies.

well duh for me I never thought of hitting shoreline when that water is down

my big Lake Norman here goes down all the time in summer.....well I sure know some hunt sites I will be hitting.
