As for the stamps, I don't see anything that jumps out at me as being valuable. Most are used stamps of the day, and those that are unused (mint condition) appear to be common ones that were usually purchased 'on approval' from stamp companies. Being 'hinged' and randomly placed in the 'album' is another detractor. If I owed and wished to sell them, I'll go the Ebay route, start at 99 cents and let 'em fly.
As to the entire collection, it is an interesting assortment of items.
