Hey all,

My name is Christian. I just wanted to introduce myself and say hi. I know ZERO about metal detecting, but a friend of a friend got me intrigued about it. So I'm looking to do some research and see what I need to get going.

We have so many great beaches here that I know there's some amazing stuff to be found out there. I'm looking forward to getting into it for fun. Any tips or suggestions for a newb like myself are more than appreciated.
