Morning hunt at an old scout camp

After 4 outings I finally found a scout relic. Still pretty new so I will be back. Lots of horse tack in the area. Any thoughts as to what the top center item is? Looks like a bit but it has a jagged piece coming off it instead of smooth like normal.

Lots of interesting stuff there and a nice Cub Scout neckerchief slide. You can always count on kids to lose stuff!

Interesting finds. I have found several Boy Scout neckerchief slides in school yards parks and yards over many years. Get on back there as soon as you can!
