Hi there nature lovers, I looked out the bedroom window and saw this popping up from the center of a black tree fern...isint old mum nature fantastic..no wonder this features a lot in our postcards etc..it is our tallest tree fern and grows up to 20m tall, the soft inside was cooked and eaten and also used as an ointment...do you have these in the states thanks for looking, des from down under.

Looks similar to a fiddle head fern that we have here in Michigan!
