🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Motorbike kickstart lever - model?

This is another item found on the old farm dumpsite. It looks like a kickstart lever from a motorcycle. It has an N mark on it but I have no idea what brand of bike that would be. The only N one I can think of is Norton and that is not a Norton N. Any ideas? Mini bike? It is 7 1/2" long and the foot part is 4 3/8".

I think it's a bike pedal crank arm with the busted pedal attached.

I believe motorcycle kick starters are splined and not smooth.
