Not sure what this is. Small pocket sized case, No maker's mark, Measures apx- 3 1/4" in. length. 1 7/8" in. width, 3/8" of an in. height. Any ideas?

Hey , I'm Guna go with not a cigaret holder and not a card holder.
I think its just A simple portable mirror, not too old probably.
I seen them used as a portable table lol.. for chopping stuff with a razor blade.

The pic you posted with the cigarette sure makes it look like there is mirror glass inside the case. I vote coke mirror.

Funny cause that's the only use I've ever been able to come up with, and I might have used it too, but that's a bit too rich for my blood! Funny though when I search Cocaine Mirror on google I find this ad:

The insides of this case and mine are exactly the same, just bare metal
IDK, maybe it is a compact mirror XD The metal reflects very well just as good as any "mirror glass"

They still make pocket mirrors today, but they're usually round and used for womens makeup.
