I believe on the Bottom right it says

Can't make out if Bottom is 1926

Or another Number that ends in 26 under easton

But I can't make out the Bottom line

I believe your photo was taken in Freemansburg. There is a famous MC hillclimb there, it still goes on today.

And yes the Freemansburg Hill Climb is still very much alive. Great entertainment especially if you're interested in motorcycles.
