Motorized classifier

Ran into a video on another site I'm on and it was a 5gal bucket with a 12v cement vibrating motor attached to it. I have been trying to figure out a way to do everything in a 5gal bucket from classifying down to concentrating to the point where a sluice is not needed. There were a lot of modifications I had to make but it has been built and today I tested it and was amazed how well it worked. Classifying was so fast; next task is to run the classified material threw a special pan I 3d printed on the it. Will all the black sand and gold vibrate down to the bottom? If that happens no sluice is needed, just pan it. Wish me luck, will send pics soon and also updates.

If you run dry material it should classify the black sands and the fine gold to the bottom if you run it long enough and / or not to much material at one time. Good Luck and post the results or better yet a video !
