Mount Baldy, New Mexico question....

Hi everyone. Does anyone have or know where to prospecting maps from Mount Baldy? I'm looking to do some placer mining there and just wanted to start gathering all resources possible. Thanks In Advance.

Entrance is through Ute Park but further up is private property. Check with BSA the boy scout admin in
Reyado or just climb up from E-town and see what's up.

It's all private and I don't believe there is any access. I've been looking into it also.

I know at least 4 Baldy mountains. Santa Fe, Gloreta, two S of Socorro. No wonder I'm lost??

I'm pretty dang positive that the N E AND SOUTH portion is private. Everything else that doesn't have a sign is fair game. I have good maps of Mnt Baldy and pretty sure I know what Mnt Baldy you are referring to. If ever you want to get together and prospect up there just pm me.
