Mudlarking in a Downpour

Kind of sounds like a Jimmy Buffet song! Too wet to detect the beach so just did some mudlarking. Found the oldish bottle, a pipe stem and a nice chunk of mortar with the fuse hole! Pretty sure I've got over 100 pounds of mortar fragments now...would love to find one intact!

Nice finds! In this season (we have 3+ feet of snow) any hunt is a good one.
