mulch and mushrooms

read a few posts talking about mulch find after a few days you has anyone seem Dog vomit slime forming on the mulch??
Also the other day my son called me with something growing around the rocks in his garden. turned out to be a very rare mushroom called dead man's fingers. With that name don't think we'll try them.

I have the slime fungus all over the mulch in my gardens.
