Mullin & Loomis Clothing button and 1963 Rosie

I hit a vacant lot today with very few good signals, but managed these 2 goodies. I couldnt find much info on the Mullin & Loomis company, other than an ad possibly from 1883 and that they were in West Chester, PA.
