I don't know what kind of use it would have on a gun. Looks to me like some kind of wood carving or gouging tool.

What's the size? The pin on the lower one has me wondering? Mabey a woodmscribe of some kind?
Size would help, mabey the measurement from the pin to the edge of the blade to see if its standard?

Interesting. Don't see them as musket tools particularly but it appears they were for carry rather than parts of a cased set. They nestle to hide/protect the tips. Don't need that in a cased set.

You wouldn't have a pin on a turn-screw. It would mar the surrounding area.

Pipe bowl scrapers?

Almost seems like it could be a lock pick.

The pin could be a nipple pick for a muzzle loading gun/musket
