First day out with my new MX Sport and right away it got water in it. Guess I will have to send it back for repair or replacement. Just wondering if this happens a lot?

If were me, I think the word I would be considering is "refund".

Even the new TRX pinpointer did not seem to work right. Im really disgusted. Thinking maybe a refund would be best and put it towards a CTX 3030

Whites said they would send me new MXS and new pinpointer. Said they have only known of two other pinpointers to have ever leaked. If just one or the other would have leaked , I might not think so much about it but both being brand new and leaking after the first 15 minutes of use ? Im thinking 96 degree day and 60 degree river temp. but Whites says that should not be an issue. Regardless im looking at a 2 week turn around and I guess my buddies will have the swimming hole cleaned out by then.
