Hey Double A... NEVER speak with someone you are having legal difficulties with. It just gives THEM more information which they WILL share with their attorney, who will in turn use it against YOU. Just my two cents... personal experience. As stated above, relax, don't allow your self-rightous indignation to override, share with your attorney, and allow your "hired legal help" to deal with it. I know all about hurting and frustration with injuries, so I can understand how you may feel. I wish the best for you.

Anyway, what CaptainRobin, Ivan, and Red said is the absolute truth.. If you are having legal problems with the boss, your attorney will do all the talking.. If your boss calls the house to speak to you, either let the answering machine answer it, or the Warden You are indisposed until further notice
