Good for you!

the 1901 is a 'S' mint

thanks every one!!

Wow, that is completly amazing. Maybe you can throw a few morgans my way, I'l pay double the face value!

dam thats almost hard to believe, maybe someone older family member pased and the other family member or members took there rolls to the bank without checking them or something like that.
great find

Fantastic!!!! Posts like yours is the reason that I'm taking $1,500 out of the bank tomarrow for a bank run on Monday morning, I'll drive about 40 miles to a town with about ten banks to try my luck. Thanks for the great pictures!

Most excellent !!

Awesome beyond words.

Thanks too for the photos.

Were all the coins rolled?

Or were some of them loose?

Did she sell it all to you at face value?

At any of the banks I go to the tellers are to savvy. They would have bought the entire box for themselves and searched it later,or I know of a few around me who would have looked through them on company time!

You have very naive tellers it sounds like.good luck.

Ahhh! These are the things that keep me coming back! Congrats on your windfall!

Wow, what a haul!!!

In case you were unaware, I am running a tracking list of the different date/mintmark combinations of the coins found CRHing on a different thread. I would love to cross off some of the mercs and possibly some of the silver rosies or wheat pennies from what you found.

Here is the link to the tracking list.

Again... WOW and continued success!!!

I will try to post all the silver dates mints..

TO THOSE THAT WEREONDERING THESES WERE ALL ROLLED AND IN A BOX THAT THE PERSON WHO TURNED THEM IN TOOK THEM TO THE BANK IN. AS OF DATES THERES 6 ROLLS OF WHEATS...THATS GONNA TAKE SOME TIME!!!
