I am new to the forum and thought I would share my best find. I was hunting in a creek Yellow Springs, PA, which is where Washington's army camped after the Battle of the Clouds. Initially, I thought it might be a dog's tag, but my wife corrected pegged it as an ID bracelet. After googling the name, I discovered that the owner had passed away in the 1980s. Through her obituary, I was able to track down her granddaughter, who still lives in the area. I got in contact with her and was pleased to be able to return it to her family. It was really great to see how happy she was to receive it. She later told me she intends to pass it down to her granddaughter.
