Is it better to order from certain banks. I just ordered from our credit union.

You'll get a feel for which banks in your areas pay out the best. Typically no bank is better than any other bank. But what you'll end up seeing is that some banks rarely to never have silver halves and some banks sometimes have silver halves. The biggest key is to find who provides coin for your pickup and dump banks. Don't dump at a bank that has the same supplier as your pickup bank. I personally dump Brinks and pickup Garda.

I don't suggest straight out asking 'what coin supplier do you use' unless you have an unusually strong repor with them. Try saying something like 'so you guys use brinks right?' If it were strings the box or rolls would probably be marked btw.
