my first box

I have been following forum for quite awhile and decided to start myself.Got my first 1,000 in halfs yesterday.My first box i got 5 64's 4 65's 2 66's 7 67's and 1 68.Was a great first box i thought,so on to the second.Was hoping for similar results,ended up with 1 68 better than a skunk.Went back out after searching those to dump a few and while at bank asked if they had any rolls in vault,teller said 21 rolls when she brought them out they all had the dreaded check mank on them in black in.Since she had brought them out i took 10 rolls anyhow just to stay on her good side.Well i expected to get skunked,boy was i wrong.Me and girlfriend were sitting at table i was rolling coins from the box and she was unrolling from bank and she lets out a big wooohooo.second tolast roll she opened had 3-67,5-68 and 11-69,19 40 %ers in a roll with a check on it.And yes i am heading back to bank this morning to get the rest of those rolls lol

Good job! Sometimes I think the check marks are from bank tellers counting rolls.

Nice job Jon!! Congrats to you and the G/F on the finds...especially the rolls with the checks on them. Don't let that one box with the 68 discourage you....keep plugging....your stash will grow!!
