My First Cross!

I am a Defense Contractor and was TDY at Hohenfels, Germany for two days. Since I didn't need to report for duty until 13:00, I decided to go coinshooting at the post volleyball court. It was freezing rain when I got there, so I threw on my Gore-Tex and started swinging the AT Pro.

Initially, I was finding nothing but 5.56mm blank cartridges...about 30 of them. I was getting really frustrated until I hit a 50 Euro Cent piece. Then I had a strong 65-70 hit and found this!:



At first I thought it was silver, but it turned out to be a stainless steel and onyx cross...but hey, it's the first cross I've found!

I also found 15 cents in clad and a toy car. It turned out to be a pretty good day!

Nice save on the cross! If it were silver it woulda hit much higher, like high 80s or in the 90's even, imo.
I just found my first 14k white gold ring with my at pro and it hit at 47-48.
