My first day out with new MD finds

Hello all, I got my new detector today a white's prizm III, so I hurried down to the beach and hunted around a bit, my haul for today

4 dimes
8 pennies
3 nickles for a minute today I thought I had found a gold wedding band......but I was in detect all mode and it was a small brass fitting of some sort.....oh well....the fun has just begun

Welcome Rommelvon, great start and I am sure that you will find much the more you can get out. Keep swinging and learning the machine. I have an M6 and still it leeps giveing me more and more information about it everytime out. The really good stuff is just waiting for you.

Nice first hunt! Good you are digging nickels as many small gold and silver pieces sound similar. I would dig most targets until you get to know the detector. Welcome to the forum and HH, Mike

Thanks all, I dig almost everything, being in civil war/revolutionary war country, plus thousand of tourist......I dig almost everything......people stumble across all kinds of stuff here without a detector...hope I can do well with one
