My first find

I found my first item while metal detecting! It isn't much, but I was very excited to find something besides trash. It was about 6 inches underground.

Did you see if there was a Dan Akroid and John Beloishi figurine nearby? ... I dig an average of 40 pieces of trash and then find something worth putting in my pocket.

First finds are always exciting.
The trick is to look at each day that you detect as the best day ever. rather than focus on what you find or do not find.
