My first jewelry find (not much)

Well I just re-found a brooch I'd found this past summer. I'd cleaned it up some at the time, but I recleaned it today, showing the before and after. It has no makers mark and some of the brass plate is flaking off. It looks like the brass used to painted yellow...maybe that helped preserve it? The glass looking part is plastic. Not much, but it was fun to find. Hey, did anyone in NH detect today?...the weather was great!

not today but i will hit the beach on Saturday morning...maybe Hampton beach NH or Salisbury beach MA
