My first piece of jewelry

Went out with a co-worker the other day and found this little medallion. Appears to be gold but has no marking.
Found at about 3-4 inches with no corrosion and cleaned up with just water

so, no numbers or anything? boy, the cuts on the edge look like gold, but it's hard to say.

I would say it's gold . Try doing an acid test at a jeweler . Congrats !

If its been in the ground long at all then its probably gold as there is no corrosion on it at all. Congrats and HH

Looks good to me....sometimes the k stamp is on the clasp for the chain and not on the pendant...have a jeweler test it for you.
