my first ring! not sure that it's real diamond

Anyone know anything about this ring? The vdi number on it is the same as a zinc penny. Anyways What a thrill to find!

Doesn't look like sterling or gold, silver plated by the looks. Stones are probably fake but if you ever really want an answer take it to your local jewelry store. Mine will look and let me know about the stones for free.

nice find rule of thumb is it wont be a diamond if not in gold or silver, and sometime not even that. but always get it checked

Nice find. Take it by a big box jewelry store. They will tell you if its real but usually not how much its worth. They get around $70 bucks per item around here for that.
