My first token!!!!!!!

Hi all, Went to an old home site today and here are my finds. 1934 wheat penny , 1937 buffalo , and a 1841 hard times token. Sorry the pictures are not that good but I can get some detail and the date with my loop. Wish it was in better shape but I'm still tickled to have it. Also found some stove parts and an old toy car. I included some pics of the token that I matched mine to so you can see what it is suppose to look like. Thanks for looking!!

I'd never heard of it. Took me a while to find it on line but it is a match.

That's a cool token I have pulled over 60 tokens, but none are that old. It's a keeper for sure.

They weren't currency, they were privately made. Google hard times token and you can get a definition. I didn't even know they existed until today.
