My first treasure find

Found it by sight while wading in a local river.

I believe it to be either copper or bronze ingots.

20" long x 8" wide and 1.25 thick in the center with a bevel to the edges...68 lbs apiece

I think I will invest in a metal detector and see if there are more...I'm hooked now.

Any info or opinions on what they may be are welcome.
