My first V.V. token!

For lack of a better description. I found this nickel sized item today at the old homesite I've been detecting; when I say nickel, I mean in size, but not as thick. In fact, it's probably as thin or slightly thinner than a dime. I'd guess it's brass, and the only identifying marks I can make out are designs around the perimeter. I'm pretty sure the "V.V." is aftermarket!
