Thought I would post some pics of my frames. All of these are from the same creek in Jackson County Missouri and all are personal finds from the last 9 years. This creek had a settlement as I find lots of pottery. I have points that date to Dalton and Grahms Cave to Mississippian. I have more points that are in bags waiting for frames. One of these days I'll get around to buying more.

I found these three together on the bank of the creek after a heavy rain. The creek wall caved in and these were sitting on top. They had a dark grease on them. I have always thought they were in a deer hide pouch that had long disintegrated leaving the greasy film on them. Anyone have an idea on what the square piece is for? It has notches on both ends. A weight for an Atl Atl?

Here's a few more pics of other points in that frame.

Pen Drill

Turtle Effigy?

From the top it looks like it is broke where the head would come out but on the bottom side it is clearly made that way. The same patina over the entire piece.
Here is a frame of blades. There are some fluted uniface knives and a cobs or two.

Uniface knife

Anyone have an idea of what this was used for?

I think these are cobbs but not entirely sure.

A frame of scrapers. I have many bags of scrapers waiting for frames too.

One more frame of points from the same creek. It is crowded and needs to be thinned out when I get more frames. (Am pretty sure I need to get more frames this year, lol)
