Howdy all, TheCoinDoctor here...

Though I said coin, I love to restore anything from the ground. I have a whites and have done some detecting, but mainly find junk... still cool to me though.

I thought folks might like to see some recent projects of mine? Does anyone else out there restore stuff?
Enjoy
Gary

Many of us attempt to, with varying degrees of success. What method do you use on copper? Welcome to Tnet!

Welcome to Tnet . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . :hello2:

Awesome restorations and welcome from Iowa!

Looks like the doctor takes good care of his patients...What's your secret?

If those pics are examples of the "junk" you're finding, then you have no problems!!

those blockage pieces are amazing

you should share your methods and maybe get some of us on board with how we can do this to some of our finds

Nice work, thank you for sharing! :occasion14:

Really nice job on that flintlock. Nice going.

I leave coins as is - love the flint lock though

How do you clean copper coins ?

I think we have a hit and run here........

Thanks for sharing. The collection is gorgeous! You keep them really well! :occasion14:

If you don't like that junk you are finding, send it to me.I restore many things, but usually on a larger scale.
