Found these while searching through my father's recently bought house, the previous owner said we could keep what we find 
All three are from the Phillipiens, but were minted in SanFran.
The reason for this is that these were minted after the Spanish-American war, after winning, the USA gained controll of the Phillipiens as a result of the Spanish surrender.
UPDATE:
It turns out that these coins are all in the Red Book and the Peso is 90% silver
