Dang - one interesting find diggyboy!

It could be white gold or a gold alloy I was just researching it

A little creepy but cool. What a bizarre find lol!

Yes more than likely gold...other precious metals used.

That would be a rare find...I would think.

I found one of those recently. Luckily I know a guy skilled in the "Dental Arts". He lab is in the same building as my office. I am right this minute, going to find it and take it to him for Identifications. I did ask him what it could be, he said Silver was likely out of the question. We shall see.

Interesting find amigo. :-)

Pretty creepy but cool. Nice find

I just found a similar denture item.

I too would like to know what metal was used.
(Wife called it creepy and wouldn't allow it in house :)

Probably gold IMO.

hmm Lookd like the stuff that gets wrapped around a Spam key
while opening a can, if you unwrap it. :tongue3:

But I would think you would know if that is what it was.

No thankfully it is something better I think :) but there are plenty of spam keys at the dump I dig at

I just now tested this item and it is real gold! Im not sure of the karat yet but its atleast 18k.

Wow that's great! Congrats!

awesome for you!.. BTW, what took so long?:tongue3:

Cool find and definitely very unique. Hopefully, it will turn out to gold.
