My new AT Pro won't turn on! Help!
Got my new AT Pro today and tried to turn it on but when I pushed the power button and held it down to power up the detector all i heard was a faint beep from the speaker and no icons appeared on the screen. I made sure batteries were in the plastic holder correctly and I also made sure the plastic holder was in the metal detector correctly. I then put four brand new batteries in the unit and same thing happened, a faint beep and nothing came up on the screen. I'm set to leave to go to the beach for a week in Orange Beach and now I don't have my AT Pro to take with me. I'm sure Garrett will take care of this but not in time for my trip. Grrr! I left a message with Garrett but they were closed for the day. Any ideas what might be causing this?
