how do you date these?

Some of them will actually have dates on them and others will just be looking at how its made the wear on it the patina

I've added a few things since my last post haha Now have a period 44 star parade flag, a period 49 star parade flag, am early 50 star silk parade flag and on the far right of one of the pictures you can see what is a WWII veteran bring back souvenir German flag
