Well I picked up 2 boxes of quarters today..

Box 1: Skunk
Box 2: 1957 & 1964-D

wow.. I was shocked. I was completely expecting this quarter skunk streak to go on. I was psyched. Never thought I could find silver quarters anymore. They do exist in the wild. The best part is that they are easiest to dump. Easiest of all denominations. Basically, when I dumped them.. it was like I gave them a $500 bill or I exchanged currency. They didn't even question it and did not give me a hard time about it like halves.

Did one box of dimes: 1960-D

No halves: Bank got small dollars instead on accident.

That is a short skunk streak. I am currently on a long HOT streak, 2 for 2. Yes they are easy to dump. I doubt banks ever order coins without having to order quarters. When you dump quarters at a bank you are saving them money.

I'll definitely be adding quarters to the mix along with dimes. Although, I'm not expecting too much from them.

Halves have been very dry this month so I figure I gotta make it up somehow. Dimes are not even as widely used as quarters. Quarters may be the most circulated so no bank would give me a hard time about them since they are in clear plastic too.

Some places even give me a hard time about dumping dimes but I imagine that quarters would be no problem.

Just ended my 4 quarter box skunk today, pulled a 1964.

Looks like we got something starting here :icon_pirat:

Yes.. plenty of quarter boxes to go around.. glad I tried it out. I credit your post on it in getting me started. I really like the easy dumping part. :icon_thumleft:
