None are "PF-70" since they came out of rolls. Some are not even AU. But most are in OK? shape. I have no idea how to grade them. I just want to get the best I can for each year.

That's a pretty good selection. Here's mine so far-

1971-S (2)
1973-S (2)
1974-S
1976-S (2, both non-silver)
1978-S
1989-S
1990-S

Most of these were found in the last 14 months or so. As far as grading, since they were found in circulation the technical term is "impaired proof" and you can assign whichever numerical grade is accurate for the amount of wear present. If it's in AU or EF condition you describe it as "PRF-50" or "PRF-40", etc.
