Sorry folks I couldn't resist it. I got these pics of the Bald Eagle at a local State Park on Sunday from about 450 yards away.

Chris,

Great Finds- Great Pics.

I hope to find one of those eagle cents someday.

SORRY! for what!!!!! Those, are some Fantastic pictures! Indian TV indeed! Cool! Oh, and the coins not too bad either! ;D

Great finds on the Large and flying eagle cent  the last time I visited my sister she showed me a short video of a bald eagle in her back yard, they sure are a majestic bird, they were endangered here in Michigan for years but not any more they are coming back!

Awesome sight  Those are worthy of enlarging and framing  Nice score on the coins too

Nice pictures of the Eagles, nice finds too. Careful about metal detecting in State Parks, that is a no no.

Keep @ it and HH!!

You're already 2 flyin' eagles ahead of me this year bro  Actually I didn't get one last year either...or the year before....or quite a few years before that ;D

huh?is that a colonial bald eagle or a modern one? its in mint condition i cant tell

And so it begins. The coppers just keep coming for you it seems. I forsee a great year for the KKC crew in 2009. Best of luck.

Rob

Dang, Chris, what a great start to the year you're having already!! Killer finds, my friend!

Kirk must really be pre-occupied. He hasn't emailed me in quite some time. ;D

Are you guys snowed in again?

Congrats,

Fantastic pictures. The flying Eagle penny is still on my wish list. Congratulations.

Both of those Flying Eagles are sweet!

Wow, i only got 1 Seated Eagle this week..Lol This was my First Eagle, it was seated in a tree in my back yard watching geese...I took it from about 20 yards, he wasn't interested in me at all. He sat there for about 15 minuites then flew, grabbed a fish and took off. Sure was pretty!
