hello everybody . my tesoro cibola wen I sweep in the grass and in the bluberry fields in the woods makes jumping sounds all the times like crazy? what can it be wrong? . when I sweep in the open area for coil -its works ok. silent until signal . big thanks in advance stasys

I have seen metal detectors go off on tall grass, and some are "hermedically sealed" to prevent this,
(not sure what that is, but I think its some kind of sealer inside the coil)
but I think your best bet is to turn the Sensativity down until it does not make any noise...
Grass or no Grass...

An other possibility would be active or old electical wires in the ground, can give those kind of signals !
