Looks like a men's ring. Probably copper or brass and was once gold plated. Age?, my guess is 1960's-1970s. Worthless, but better than a pulltab

Back to 1901 site at lunch break. Got a seventies dime and a hunk of lead and than this ring. I assume it's a woman's and a small stone was in the hole. Anyone know of an age? I can't see any stamp on inside of band. I do vaguely see 4 numbers
precious or not, rings are fun to find, wtg

Pretty common style. Usually 2 faux stones (glass) of different colors.
The larger would be a sapphire, emerald, amethyst, etc and a smaller diamond.
Still a cool find. Keep hunting, you are in the zone.

Any Ring is a good find - congrats !

If it was mine I'd clean it in a Ultra Sonic Jewelry Cleaner or in a Electrolysis Bath.
