My Troy Shadow X2 came yesterday

The turn knobs are very hard to turn compared to my other Tesoro's. Is that the way they are? I got it from the daughter of original owner. Probably not used in years.

Yes they turn hard because they put rubber o-rings under the knobs on the shafts at the factory.
