Fisher 1280x Aquanaut
Headed to The "mother lake" to do a little fishin', boatin', drinkin' and singin'.

Caught 15 lbs of perch (40 fish total between me and hubby)

Not too bad! Here's a couple of boatside pics of Perry's Monument on South Bass Island (Put-In-Bay).

I MUST add one of the Great Lakes longest continuous operating lighthouses ON the Great Lakes...Her majesty, Marblehead Lighthouse (why do I always think of Lighthouses as possessing a feminine energy???)

No souls OR spirits were captured in the buggy shots.

Looks like a great day of fishing and relaxation! You have me wanting fish for dinner now!

Old lighthouses are really something we admire as well, and if you keep with Naval history, most all thing maritime were given a feminine name for good luck!

Looks like the Amish chap was in a bit of a hurry.

Wow beautiful sights I would love to visit that area someday but, all we had for lunch was tuna salad!

I LOVE the picture of the Horse Buggy! The blur just makes it better, gives the impression of movement and speed. Great photo!

I just have to wonder if that cooler was full of beer and had to be emptied to carry all those nice perch! lol

Absolutely...fishin is hard work and makes ya thirsty.

But no beer cans here harmed in the making of the perch basket!
