Here's my total for my very first weekend with my infinium. I think I chose the right detector for the beach! Too bad its back to the oilfields tomorrow..

My aunt says she might possibly know who the ring belongs too. Just going off the initials and the graduation year. So once I get her phone number I will find out! It would be hard to let it go but it would mean more to her I'm sure.

Very nice hunt! The class ring has some nice detail, good luck on the return. I love the Infinium (WEEOOOO...OOOOWEE), it sure makes you dig deep holes!

Lol. Thanks for the replies everyone. The ring is a 1964 10k gold class ring. I have the number to the possible owner so after about 50 years unerwater it just might find its way back!

The compass Is brass and I think it may be military but I'm not sure ill be showing my grandpa who is an antique dealer to see what he thinks

All those finds are awesome. It would be great to return the ring if the owner could be located. Keep those pulltabs in a bucket and save them for real money from a scrap dealer . Just kidding. Great finds and super site.
