White's XLT
:-X Well Guess what I going have to ship my XLT to the repair shop.
But it won't cost me much to get it fixed , So I guess I miss my treasure
hunting for while, I be shipping it out next month,.
It won't turn on even with fresh ALK battiers in the ALK battery holder pack, I did everything and check it, so some where the problem might be the touch pad or the some where in the circut board.

A penny for your thoughts please reply back...

All I can say is: Whites got a little rude with me about my Classic 5ID; I fixed the 2nd problem myself (I'm a tech).

Tell us how they treat you; I won't buy from them again.

Well They told they would test my XLT to see what causing it not to turn, and that the cost would be under $120.00.
maybe you could tell me why xlt is not turning on?
How in a way they were rude to you?

I just sent my QXT back to whites 2 weeks ago, they have been very nice with me so far. Ive always heard good things about Whites customer service. Good luck on your XLT Dragon.

I'm already missing my XLT I'm bored with out using it.
At least it's cheaper to fix it than buy a new XLT..

Might have been something as simple as the tabs not making contact with the battery terminals. I've heard of them bending over time.

I can try 1 more time and try to bend carefully back.
But if it don't work than it need repair.

No Go I carefully bend back the tabs it making contact but it not turning on when I pushed the on and off button,

I had a similar problem, It turned out to be the contacts on the battery case.I cleaned them with an eraser and they have worked ever since,"about 2 years ago".

Got the problem fixed here, It needed a good blowing out
LOL must have been dust.
Saved $120...
