are these guys Phony's or Just Don't care about others !
They find a Girl Living down there, Behind a Curtin or wall & Don't give it a second thought to check if she was chained up or Caged & been there so long she
considers it "living there" That was Obviously a Grow Room at one time .
Enough reason to at least peak in to see.
