LOL Aren't Brooklynites Naturally Crazy ?
No one seems to know what's causing a strange humming in Fort Greene
Since no one is Owning up to it, I'm Guessing it's something Shaped like a Large Reed that has been put up by some nutjob artist in the city , who is calling it Art,
or a damaged Gargoyle or building eve somewhere in Brooklyn that when the wind hits it,
Causes the Hum.
I would think a Construction company would know what they hear when they Turn their Equipment on. but since the Wind Changes it would make a wind caused Hum harder to locate.
You would almost need to be there when the Wind Hits &
get a good Loud 'Toot' from it
