mystery coin/token in mixed world coin lot.

got another 20 lbs of mixed world coins and have a mystery coin/token.
This is I think a token but unable to find any info on it.

Properties:
Non magnetic
18 mm diameter and 2.6 g
Shows the number 10 on both sides.
